Steps

Step 1:   Fill out client form

Step 2:   I will reach out to you within 48 hours to set up a phone consultation.

Step 3:   Once the consultation is confirmed we will speak in depth about your health and fitness goals.

Step 4:   We set our training schedule and 1st training date (please note if training is in person,            measurements, weight, BMR, BMI etc.. will be taken on the 1st training day).
